X4 sessions a month

We welcome babies from 2 months to 12 months. Our classes are held in a safe and hygienic environment, we focus on

• Free play

• body movement songs & Rhymes

• Purposeful play activities

• Fine Motor skills

• Vestibular play

• Sensory Play

• Down-Regulation time & Baby Massage

• Tea/coffee and snacks will be available to purchase on-site from the My Play Space cafe for Moms to chat & Wind down.

Moms and Babes is dedicated to creating a fun & nurturing environment where babies can thrive. Our programe is grounded in research & has been comprehensively crafted by a paediatric Chiropractor. This ensures that every aspect of the programe is designed to support your baby's developmental milestones effectively and safely!
