Monthly Barre Membership

Every Thursday 8:30-9:30am

A graceful yet challenging full-body workout combining ballet-inspired movements, Pilates principles and strength training. Our Barre classes focus on sculpting and toning, while improving posture, balance, flexibility and muscular endurance. Expect small, controlled movements, plenty of pulses and a workout that leaves you feeling stronger, lifted and energised.

*Please note ONLY monthly fitness memberships purchased will qualify ONE child to play for free whilst mom trains. Any additional siblings will be required to pay to play.

Single sessions require payment for child/ren to play.
